What is your typical engagement timeline?

Most strategy and due diligence mandates run between six and twelve weeks. Transformation programmes are typically phased over six to eighteen months, with clear milestones and decision gates agreed upfront.

Can you work alongside our existing advisors?

Yes. We frequently collaborate with legal counsel, investment banks, and internal strategy teams. Our independence and lack of audit or outsourcing conflicts make us a natural complement to incumbent advisors.
